This client needed a large closet space for all their computers, which is combined with hands-on demo-stations all around it. They also used a presentation area with stage and projection screen. Early experience showed that overhead lights could ruin the presentation. A flying fabric cover fixed the problem and made a great way to tie the two areas together.

Computer renders allowed comparison of different colors or finishes. Renders demonstrate how lighting will effect the project. In this case it helped to determine the size and shape of the covers.

Using a 16-ft diameter hanging sign and a 40-ft long sign mounted on towers can really get your name out in front of the crowds. Tensioned fabric structures are very lightweight and easy to hang from ceilings or support with minimal floor support. They also pack into small containers making them less expensive to ship. The lighted tower funnels are mounted on lightweight truss that’s quick to assemble. The closet in the center provides storage and supports the large sign.

Even small booths can benefit from some custom work. By having a rigid back wall they can attach a multilayered list of bullet points with unique lighting and have their logo as push thru letters.

This client has been through several different booth designs. These early booths have a clean, clinical, almost porcelain look to them. They also wanted multiple floor plans, from in-line to island. The island plan uses truss and fabric structures to place their name well above everyone’s head. The in-line plan was a smooth white serpentine wall with very thin light boxes hung on it. You’ll notice the same cabinets in both booth plans.
