The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) wanted a way to promote their Holiday P.A.S.S. (Person appointed to Stay Sober) Campaign to the public. The main reason for this campaign was to make sure that everyone arrived home safely after a night of drinking and partying during the holiday season.

Custom Creation designed and fabricated a big green bow and reindeer hood ornament for this stretch limousine that was decked out in holiday colors. TxDOT officials visited 15 cities across Texas and invited people to climb inside during their holiday tour.

This client wanted a way to reach the fans of college and pro football games to promote safe drinking and driving on game days. Going to the stadiums on game days was a great way of doing that. They wanted a vehicle that would attract and generate interest on the way to the games as well as when they arrived at the stadium.
